Create your pulse survey

This generator is intended to facilitate the process of creating pulse surveys. Use the fields the generate the HTML code, and then copy and paste it into the code editor while editing a page.

This tool is relatively new and is regularly being updated. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions or suggestions.

Paste this code into the Canvas HTML editor where you want the survey to appear (usually near the bottom of the page before links to assessments, progress meters, etc.) Do NOT place the Pulse Survey directly on a quiz or assignment page; always place it on the content page before an assessment.
